Logging in every time?

Recently when using my iPhone on the site I have to log in every time I come on the site. Even if I'm logged in and say go off for a split second, I have to log in again. I never had to do that before, as I would stay logged in for weeks at a time. Did somthing change on the site? It is quite annoying having to do this all the time.

I think I had a bug in my computer same thing happened to me for a few days then I tired to clean up & reboot problem went away. Chrome is flawless is you can use it.

Your computer or in this case phone is not saving the info to keep you logged in. You can try resetting the settings in you browser. It could be an update on your phone that caused the issue.

I don't think it's my iPhone, as I have no problems going on my Delta, Facebook, and other sites. Just having problems on JD.

I had the same problem when using Chrome on my Iphone. No issues when I use safari
