just finished it lastnight. loading up tomorrow, headin to Krupps 9-12th! sled started life as a base 2010 Skidoo renegade adreneline. added 137x16-1.75 track, studs, can, and some color.. LOTS of color

the day i picked it up.. grandpa machine lol


the color is kinda washed out in these. its FLORESCENT green. it literally glows on the snow

i didnt do anything at first and it was totally fine. i jus didnt like the fast it still did 110mph+ so i put the summit gearing and reclutched it. seems like an animal now! well find out this weekend.

yea.. note to self. dont powdercoat aluminum.. def makes them weaker... result of "hoping" off a snow bank.

I have seem that happen as well to a Kessler guy.....bent his balck M8 rails.

Hope that doesn't happen to mine. I had mine done this summer. I can't see this hurting unless the wrong temp was used and it changed the property of the rails.

ya, i was with him tonight n he was telling me. sounded like he stuffed his pretty hard.

you are correct. mine were probably to hot. I did find alot of info from BBS wheels explaining why they paint their wheels.

I was always told that it was better to get aluminum stuff anodized vs. powdercoated.

Maybe that will eliminate some of the issue?
