    Default 1991 chev camaro z-28

I am looking to sell my Camaro which has been in my immediate family for the past 15 years. I have recently developed some physical limitations which make it difficult for me to get in & out of the car. A lot invested in it over the past 4 years. It is a numbers matching Chassis, Motor & Transmission. 5.0 liter tuned port injection engine which has 98,600 original miles on it. Custom sound system. Runs great, only minor detail that could use some attention is the driver side seat back which could use some stitching. Other than that, it's in real good condition. You can PM me with Apr 2020 - '91 Z28-2.jpgApr 2020 - '91 Z28.jpg '91 Z28 Undercarriage 002.jpg '91 Z28 Undercarriage 001.jpg '91 Z28 Undercarriage 004.jpgCamaro Z28 - 1991 008.jpg Camaro Z28 - 1991 009.JPG Camaro Z28 - 1991 006.jpg Camaro Z28 - 1991 007.jpgSerious inquiries only please. I am asking $15,000 despite the fact that I have way more than that into it. Here are a few pictures.... Can provide more if needed. Thanks for looking. -Mezz

Sorry to hear this mezz. I say this as today I'm planning to put in the battery on my 91 to give it a try to start it and measure it up for a car hauler as you helped convince me to keep it. I know it is tough to "slide" in an out of that ride and hopefully I can do it . Good luck with selling her was hoping to see you on the road some day.

You may still see me, I'm not in a huge hurry to sell it, however, now it's time to try to find it a good home. Pictures don't really do this car justice. -Mezz

I will be taking her out of storage in the next few days. Looking forward to being able to get into it again since back issues have been improving since surgery. I am however looking to find this car a good home. If interested, please PM me. Price is negotiable within reason. -Mezz

Very cool car. I had friends that had this generation of Camaros. Fun cars. Pulled chick's.

If I didn't just buy a new car I'd be looking at this more closely.

Tell Us more about that sound system. Looks well put together.

Sony AM/FM head unit at 160w with a CD player as well as aux in, bluetooth & hands free phone. 2 Krunch amps, 1 for the 2 - 12" subwoofers at 1100w, 1 for the head unit at 1000w, a pair if 5 1/4" Pioneer 3 ways in custom made fiberglass kick panels up front, a pair of Pioneer 6x9 4 ways hidden in the B pillars. It's a hair moving experience if you have the tolerance. Can you hear me now???? lol! -Mezz

Thank you Carbide. It's a fun car, here are a few additional pictures. I am still waiting to pull it out of storage, believe it or not, it was snow mixed with rain here a little while ago. 91 Camaro Z28 -1.jpg91 Camaro Z28 -2.jpg91 Camaro Z28 -3.jpg91 Camaro Z28 -4.jpg91 Camaro Z28 -5.jpg91 Camaro Z28 -6.jpg -Mezz

I just went through my receipts on this project & to date, I have $14,422.94 into it since Aug 2016. This doesn't include what I paid for the car. I am particular (some say anal) about what is done & who is doing it. Be it as it may, I know I went further than most would, I just like things right. I have a documented laundry list of things that have been done. As stated in my previous posts, I am willing to negotiate price within reason. I am hoping to get her out of storage in the next day or so as the forecast is looking much better. Feel free to PM me with any questions. -Mezz

Magnaflow exhaust. Tires are BF Goodrich G-Forcespot Comp 2 21550ZR16. Front & rear and are rotatable front to rear. Approximately 13,000 miles on them.

My RS arrived to the Northwoods last year and went from the trailer to storage.Next is to take care of plates and a title issue and some other prep. I think tires are in order and i know why you mentioned "rotatable front to back" as mine are not being still stock

Finally got her out of storage. Feels good to get back into it again, now it's a bit of a challenge for my crappy knee getting out. I completed a Hagerty vehicle evaluation report which is widely used to establish insurable values on Classic & Antique vehicles. I was hoping to attach it here, but there is a file size limitation here so I can't. It does provide "average" value as well as historical values ranging in condition classes 1-4. Not being biased, this one rates as a 2. If interested I can e-mail it to you if desired, or you can try it on-line hagerty.com/valuationtools. I'm not sure how it works on the consumer side as I use this tool in my business. -Mezz

That's a great looking Camaro Mezz, I think the ground effects on the 91-92 models are the best looking. You have a real gem there hope you find the perfect buyer soon. Lots of time to enjoy it this summer and fall.

Question is, what is your business that you use Haggerty valuations tool for?

Thank you kirk, I take a bit of pride in my stuff, always have, always will. To answer your question, I am an Independent Insurance Agent, this helps in starting a base line value on any given vehicle short of an appraisal, to which often times it solidifies the appraised value. -Mezz

In light of the fact that I now have 102,000 mi on this & it will eventually need tires I am now asking $11,000 OBO. I am at a point physically that it is getting tougher for me to get out of it, I don't want this car to just sit, so it's time to move it. As stated in previous posts, I have a lot more into this than the asking price and I have the receipts to prove it. Please PM me for additional information & further discussion. -Mezz
