So if you sink one, what's the procedure for getting it to run again? And what about all the electronics, doesn't it ruin that stuff?

A Kid sunk one behind my house once never shut down the Motor. Engine was shot when the cold Water hit the Pistons.

Electronics don't seem to be a issue with the Water Racers. They have sealed Fuel systems and Vegetable Oil in Chain Case.

Make sure your wearing a Tether and pull it if your going down.

Its not too bad...worse one we had was about 6 feet down and you could see it in crystal water but ice was on top where we were standing...maybe in for 4 hours or so....broke ice....hooked onto side board and yanked it up...bent running board with grappling hook in one spot yanking it up....got on land...maybe 6 guys...turned upside down....pulled plugs....let drain out....pulled cord carefully and slow to get all water out of cylinders....turned back over....poured 2 cycle oil in cylinders....pulled cord again slowly to massage oil in pistons....also when upside down we let gas out and oil in tank....maybe had upside down for 2 hours or so....squeezed as much water out of seat foam...o ya...when it was going down he killed the engine immediately....no damage at all if you do this....new oil...new gas...new plugs....fired right up....took weeks of garage sitting at night and running it on trails in day to get all gauges and seat dried....but it ran fine and still does today...no engine rebuild or anything like that
